Final Sale – No Returns or Refunds
All
digital downloads sold by Fuego are final sale. Due to the nature of digital products, once your order has been processed and the download link has been made available to you, no cancellations, refunds, store credit, or exchanges will be issued. By purchasing a digital product from Fuego Fuego, you acknowledge that you will receive immediate access to the product and waive any right to any return or refund under applicable consumer laws, except where such laws cannot be excluded.

All original paintings and commissioned works are final sale. These pieces are unique and created specifically for the buyer, and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind.

Damaged Goods Policy
On rare occasions, one or more products in an order may be damaged in transit. If this occurs, please email
us here with detailed, clearly visible photos of the damage and the packaging. Damage claims must be submitted within 72 hours of the delivery date recorded by our shipping provider and before the product has been installed, hung, or used.

By submitting a damage claim, you agree to the following:

  1. Photos must clearly show the damaged areas and be submitted in .jpeg or .png format.

  2. Images must be taken immediately upon delivery and before the item is installed or displayed.

  3. Damage reviews require a minimum of 30 business days for processing.

  4. Replacement or repair is at Fuego Fuego’s sole discretion and subject to availability.

  5. You may be responsible for return shipping costs if a repair or replacement is approved.
